construction.
- Shafts can withstand 8 times the
full load torque.
- Terminal boxes are generously sized
and can be placed on the right hand or left
hand side.
- Roller bearings are provided in
the non-commutator end and ball bearings are
provided on the commutator end.
- Heat exchanger machines have make
up filters to ensure dust free operation.
- Blowers are protected by air-flow
switches to ensure that the machines do not
run without cooling.
- Thermisters are provided for temperature
protection of mainpole and interpole windings.
- Special mechanical requirements
of mounting, shaft extension (tandem sets, tapered
shafts etc.) and cooling not listed in this
brochure can be provided on request.
